Should Stakeholders be involved in the Strategic Planning Process?

Certainly.

It’s like asking if the Dad should be involved in the birthing process. While he’s not actually “involved” – at least at the birthing moment, but he is none-the-less an “interested party” in the outcome of the thing.

Stakeholder Involvement

Gosh folks, how do you expect to get buy-in, collaboration, necessary info to greet the market with the BEST product, without involving stakeholders, early and often?

By the way, is the stakeholder the one holding the stake to boundary the property or to drive said stake into the heart of the werewolf? Just asking for clarification. Actually not such a strange question. Depending upon your answer, one is a strong friend (fellow pioneer), the other not so much.
